Sierra Nevada National Park Vacation Packages

The place is amazing: the room is like an apartment with all the amenities and even a fridge with wine! But it has all the facilities of a hotel, in particular Ferdinando at the reception is very useful for any help or information. The hotel is in a very nice and convenient area: bus stop and taxi area are very close and it is a walkable distance from the downtown. For sure I will come back to this place.

Hotel in a nice area lots of restaurants/bars nearby, 5 min walk to railway station for airport. Would like check in earlier than 16:00

The hotel experience was very disappointing. There was an unpleasant sewage smell at the hotel entrance, which created a poor first impression. The room service was extremely inadequate and was not available 24 hours a day. Most of the time, either no one was available to assist us or we had to wait several hours to receive service. The views from the rooms were also very disappointing. Most rooms overlooked the walls of the neighboring building, while even the rooms advertised as having a harbor-front view overlooked a construction waste disposal area. Overall, the hotel failed to meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness, service quality, and the views advertised. Given these issues, the experience was far below what we expected from a hotel of this standard.

Excellent
